Villa Kostas comprises of two separate apartments on two floors. Each floor has a dimension of 100m² 

Ground floor: living room, kitchen with dinning table, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

First floor (connected via an external staircase): living room, kitchen with dining table, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, balconies with sea view. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
